Refund and cancellation policy

When you can cancel

• Before work starts — a full refund.
• Under a quarter of the work delivered — 75% refunded.
• Between a quarter and half delivered — 50% refunded.
• More than half delivered — no refund.

How to ask

Within 30 days of payment, by email, quoting the payment reference on your receipt. We answer within three business days.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned through the same method you paid with. Card refunds are processed by Bank of Palestine and typically reach the card in 7–14 business days.

Refunds are processed by hand. You will be told the date it was sent.

If we cannot agree

You can raise a chargeback with your card issuer. We would rather you spoke to us first.
