Privacy policy

What we hold

Your name, email address and — if you pay with a wallet — your mobile number, together with the amount, the reference and the outcome of each payment.

What we never hold

Your card number, its expiry date or its security code. Those are entered on the bank's own page and never reach us — we receive only a masked number such as 4890 22XX XXXX 9475.

Who else sees it

The payment provider you choose — Bank of Palestine or Jawwal Pay — receives what it needs to process the payment. Nobody else does, and we do not sell or share your details.

How long

Payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, at any time. info@pay.atyaf.co

Cookies

One cookie remembers your language, and one keeps you signed in if you have an account. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on the payment pages.
